My reflections and rationales

Reflections
So Shock! It’s quickly that near to the end of this course (ENG-380). Since first day to now, it was nice. I till remembered at all.
Firstly, I was happy to studying this class. I was studying with senior that never do before! Everyone made themselves like friend and enjoyed together. You know? I feared when I was speaking in where’s neither class nor Eng-162 nor Eng-373 nor other else. But this class made me confident to join ideas and that made me changes too. All, because our open mind and received other attitude.
Secondly, I kept many things that Aj.Gob teaches me in class. In business course made me understanding something I would like to know. And I learned several strategy what should businessman do. Not only that –I learned more and more about Maslow’ rule for motivation, how business online do with blog, promotion strategy, marketing mix, cross cultural, business English global media and etc.
All of knowledge I kept. I can applied with my true life. Because, present is business word. And sure! In future when I work must be bringing it use.
I love it. Business course!

What’s rational I chose LV?

LV are global and luxury brand. And Than I research it at all (back ground CO., LV branch, product etc.) because I would like to know why LV boom in everywhere and why everyone like this brand.

- &all customers are equal, but also some customers are more equal than others.

Most of the users are mature, female, working population with stable financial background. There are an increasing number of young LV users, who are fashionable trend-followers. LV is used by the celebrities in fashion shows, PR events, or only social gatherings.
For positioning in market, LV is challenging luxury market and now is leader of this way. And also LV creating new campaigns for improves them higher positioning in market and give some value to customer mind. My weekly journal 4 (Week 5)




After many weeks ago, I am exiting to learn the business program more and more!
The week of four—our started with teacher present us by comment and description about blog (How to do a good blog etc.). Teacher teaches about positioning and branding of production. First on this she takes an apple phone product out to show about brand of it. She told the strange of an apple phone in the market are high and modern technology point. And she teaches with position and branding strategy of production goes on.
I just remembered all of knowledge that kept in class by below…………..


Product positioning;

In marketing strategy, positioning is a one tool of it. Positioning mean the process by which marketers try to create an image or identity in the minds of their target market for its product, brand, or organization.
More than that I learn it’s out of class too. There are Re-positioning and De-positioning.

Re-positioning; changing the identity of a product and relative to the identity of competing products in the collective minds of the target market.
De-positioning; attempting to change the identity of competing products, relative to the identity of your own product in the collective minds of the target market.


Product branding;

Many professional businessmen give several meaning of branding of production by below.
- (Philip Kotler and Gary Armstrong) a brand is defined as a name, term, sign symbol or a combination of these, and identify the maker or seller of the product.
And meaning example of others person…
- branding is an important decision designed to enhance the identity of the product through the use of unique brand names, symbols and other distinctive measures.

- branding is any name, symbol or other identifier used individually or in combination to identify the goods and or services of a seller and differentiate them, on any tangible or intangible basis, from similar goods and or services of competitors.
- branding is the process of establishing the elements of a brand, including its name, identifying symbols and related marketing messages.
And etc.
This class much knowledge I can kept. I think that’s very good issue for me learn.
And important thing I can combine it in my true-life.

My weekly journal 3 (Week 4)

Week four – I came to class late both of on Tuesdays and Thursday around 10 minutes! But don’t worry because in those classes I can kept all of knowledge.

Teacher gave me knowledge about marketing mix strategy that not finished on week three ago. And our studied in this case go on.

After one hour in class, we learned more marketing mix strategy with “Victoria’s Secret” again (New sheet teacher uploaded by M-learning way).We read and shared much knowledge about company history, branding along with positioning of Victoria’s Secret Company.

Our finished in sheet, good activity teacher plan to students. This activity cans evolution about speaking skill that’s job-application case. So, I think that many useful and enjoy so much with activity. Out of that it made relationship between students too.

My weekly journal 2 (Week3)

Well, two week ago and it was the week three. This Tuesdays and Thursday in class I learn many thinks—that was strategy of marketing and Maslow’s rules for motivation. So, it was important who businessmen to know about marketing and all of rules for motivation.

The marketing strategy was combining with 4ps below;
- Product, meaning to what you should make your product better and better than competitor (Quality, beautiful, modern, and etc.) in business world.
- Place, always we meaning to position of production.
- Price, how to you set product point for a perfect price. Now a day, price of production is influential thing because can make your many benefits as long as destruction.
- Promotion, out of three things above; promotion is important too. Promotions appearing a one part that support your production like service and warrantee (when customers buy your product it’s can make them confident.)

Maslow’s rules for motivation .
Maslow’s rules for motivation are five steps;

Step1. The basics: this part is a basics level you needs: eat, drink, sleep and sex.
Step2. Safety stuff: The second level of motivation relates to personal safety and job security.
Step3.Sense of belonging: As a work, you and your family want to be wanted very useful in workforce support.
Step 4.Esteem: There is a need for people to learn to accept them. To motivate someone, there are 2 things --develop a person's self respect for themselves, and get them recognized by others. Step5. Self awareness: If you can make the most of your abilities, so you feel aware of your surroundings and enjoy the freedom in your life, then this is highly motivating.

This class was many useful for me. And I can adapt this knowledge with every things what I want to do in my business world.

My weekly journal 1 (Week 2)

This week was the first time I let studied Eng-380 course (English for international Trade).I was exited about who studied with me in class. Because not only third year; also fourth year came to join.
First thing in class I get on material sheet to learn about course outline that I came to write way because my miner was a business management. Next day, our studied how to make bolger in business for shier some- knowledge at all of class—teacher described how should I choose the template for the business do. After class I came back at my room and try to create the blog by myself. In addition, we learn marketing strategy of Victoria’s Secret Company. My teacher show the Victoria’s Secret video of Youtube website (http://www.youtube.com). That video made me understood how they do good business. Importantly, I can improve my brain when I learn in this class.
I was a good friend and like to studying in class with Arjan. Gob teaching style.

What's wrong? in class. (*,,*)


I graduated to myself that can be add my name with this class.Several days ago, I let studied Eng-380 around four times.
In each the day I receive many things like knowledge nor smiles or relationships.
First time we learn about gilded line that makes me understand about English for International Trade. As well I known what should am I gonna do about business's world.
After the end of this course every things I can be use for a good businessman.
